What to Expect

A typical session includes a comprehensive assessment to identify and diagnose any issues, followed by personalised treatment, and a home rehabilitation plan.

Treatments may involve:

  • massage,

  • dry needling,

  • mobilisations,

  • taping,

  • stretches,

  • and mat work Pilates.
