What do we do?
Sports therapy and veterinary physiotherapy involve the clinical assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and biomechanical dysfunctions. These therapies identify the source of pain or functional loss, allowing for targeted treatments to promote repair, recovery, and improved performance.
Sports therapy benefits everyone, not just athletes, supporting all individuals in enhancing their physical health and recovery. And veterinary physiotherapy encompasses all species, too!

MSST, MNAVP
With over a decade of experience, I’m passionate about helping people and animals thrive through tailored rehabilitation.
I hold a BSc in Sports Therapy from the University of Bath and a Level 7 Integrated Masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy from Writtle University. My career has taken me to sports therapy clinics in Essex, working with athletes of all kinds, and over a decade in rugby, providing therapy and pitch-side first aid. On the veterinary side, I’ve worked at a specialist referral hospital, honing my skills with post-operative cases alongside leading UK surgeons.
As a fully insured professional and proud member of the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP) and The Society of Sports Therapists (SST), I’m committed to providing safe, effective, and evidence-based care for all my clients and undertake continued professional development every year to stay up to date and ensure everyone receives the latest and highest quality treatment.
Now based in Mid Wales, I’m excited to bring my expertise to our community. Whether it’s cats or CrossFit enthusiasts, I love helping individuals achieve their goals - no matter how many legs they have!
Join me at Maven Rehab, where compassionate care meets expert rehabilitation. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry (or not-so-furry) friends!
